In the centre of Kranjska Gora

In the tourist place Kranjska Gora the centre is a suitable starting point for naturalistic excursions and mountain tours to the centre of the Julian Alps and Karavanke mountains. Exploring watercourses, the forest, plants and rocks in the Triglav National Park is very interesting. In the summer people like cycling along the cycling tracks or nearby Alpine valleys, Nordic walking on the slopes of Karavanke mountains, canoeing on the Jasna lake and hiking; skiing is the most important winter activity. In the direct vicinity of the centre there are ski pistes and cross-country ski tracks, ideal for winter sports.
